PF Application completeness map
Research objective:
Map all directions within the Santander bank's individual application, checking each product and functionality individually;
Prepare a proposal for prioritizing functionalities within the application for better user access;
Preparation of an application completeness map.
Responsabilities:- Individually map each of the links within the consumer application;
- Check unavailable directions and links;
- Use of Google Analytics to monitor access to each product individually, checking which products are most accessed and which access path and device they use;
- Preparation of proposal and research deadline;
- Survey of customer complaints;
- Quantification of customer statements and mapping of the central element of the complaint;
- Survey of access data and churn rates;
- Prepare research proposal (with structured itinerary planning);
- Mapping of users of interest;
- Preparation of a research screener for external recruitment (company requirement);
- Conducting in-depth interviews;
- Mapping and structuring results;
- Preparation of action proposal;

Impact:
- Development of a new hierarchy for the application;
- Prioritization of the most consulted products and survey of which products are uninteresting and why;
- Production of two application maps, one legacy format and another of what it would look like after implementing changes, demonstrating optimization of functionalities;
- possibility of creating a leaner application, with fewer duplicate functionalities and ambiguous nomenclatures;
- With the research proposal, opportunities for implementing a new, more intuitive interface were raised.
