상징동물 부엉이. 머리에 쓰고있는 날개는 죽은 첫 부엉이의 날개. 쌍둥이 동생인 위소우보다 더 화려하고 밝은 색의 옷을 자주 입음. 우아하고 특이한 디자인의 악세서리도 자주 함. 바람을 타고 날아다니기 때문에 굳이 신발을 신지않음.
긴머리를 묶기도 하지만 주로 풀고 다님. 망토는 바람을 직접 잡아 묶어 즉석에서 만듬. 잡히는 길이만큼 만들어지기 때문에 그때그때 품이나 길이가 다름. 쌍둥이 동생을 이해하는만큼 이해하지 못하는 부분도 많아 자주 싸움.
