Project: Stone Tiki Escape

As the driving force behind the Stone Tiki Escape project, I spearheaded the creation, management, and production of all creative marketing assets. My role extended beyond traditional marketing responsibilities to include seamless coordination with sales and distributor teams, ensuring the successful execution of a monthlong national sales program in July 2019.

Innovatively, I leveraged agency support exclusively for legal matters, as the sweepstakes promotion ventured beyond the expertise of our in-house counsel. My supervision ensured the timely fulfillment of program materials, aligning with the release of the thematic Tiki Mixed Pack, which not only established a new standard for the brand but also captured the essence of the campaign.

Additionally, I conceptualized and developed engaging brand activation initiatives, including the creation of multiple tiki-inspired games and prizes for on-premise retailers such as Buffalo Wild Wings, as well as off-premise key accounts. These initiatives were strategically designed to drive sell-through and maximize brand exposure throughout the program period.

As a testament to the project's success, the program achieved remarkable results, boasting a 20% increase in distribution and a corresponding 20% surge in velocity compared to the previous year.
