Project: Stone IPA Madness

I spearheaded the Stone IPA Madness project from inception to execution, overseeing all aspects of creative marketing asset creation, program management, and production. This nationwide initiative aimed to bolster sales throughout March 2019, requiring seamless coordination with sales and distributor teams.

Working autonomously, I managed the entire program in-house, eliminating the need for external agency support. Responsibilities included supervising the timely fulfillment of program materials to align with the release of the IPA Fest Pack. Additionally, I devised and implemented various brand activation games and prize schemes tailored for both on-premise retailers, such as Buffalo Wild Wings, and off-premise key accounts. These initiatives were instrumental in ensuring robust sell-through rates during the designated program period.

As a result of our efforts, the program achieved remarkable success, evidenced by a 20% increase in distribution and a corresponding 20% boost in velocity compared to the previous year.
