BACKGROUND /

A non-commercial collaborative piece with the very talented Susi Sie. No CG was used in the making of the movie.

APPROACH /

The sound design was created with a view to encapsulate the organic nature of the visuals yet introduce elements of technology, providing a sense of a claustrophobia and involvement in the microscopic experiment at hand. Musically we begin subtly and develop over the piece to reflect the increasing movement and scale, with the track not fully flourishing until the closing scenes in an attempt to add weight to the caption and continuing meaning of the piece.
