Briefing:
O Coimbrinha is a Portuguese online shop specialised in local products. The brand was created during Covid-19 lockdown in order to fulfil the need for trustworthy and original products. When everything was closed, O Coimbrinha was taking people's home good and reliable pr¬¬oducts.
They resell small business products and also have their own line of products.
It was important for the project to explore the needs of their target and the clients goals - reach a premium and quality audience, willing to spend that extra euro in high quality products.
The client also wanted to promote the new online shop and, in particular, "in house" products.
Brand:
Coimbra is one of the oldest cities in Portugal, with more than 1000 years. It is full of stories, myths and legends, including the one about a woman whose name and real story is an unsolved mystery for the Portuguese researchers. The books say that the woman was either a princess, a queen or a saint...
Since the client wanted to reflect the city's history, I decided to use as an inspiration this mysterious character, which always had a peaceful look on her face and a simple crown on her head.

The client wanted to provide gourmet and high quality in house products, brought from selected suppliers from all over the country. The challenge was to develop a packaging solution for their first line of products: green and black tea from Azores, extra virgin olive oil from Alentejo and scented candles from the Porto region.
Thank you!
