Eiland Festival (Island Festival) is a new festival located in the renewed and trendy old harbour of Antwerp. The first edition of these two days of literature and music has its focus on New York, 'The Pursuit of Happiness' and the opening of the Red Star Line Museum which brings to life the history of the early twentieth century emigration from Antwerp to the US and Canada.
