“Buy a banana. Banana is one of us”. 'Cause Minsk is banana yellow. And Minsk’s utility services have yellow paint always available in stock. Once there was an occasion when well-known Vases on Independence Avenue were repainted from their historical white color to vivid yellow. That incident divided the society into two parts: one was in love with the yellow color, the other was totally shocked. For example, if the Vases were painted in blue or green color the opinions wouldn't have been divided into “two parts”: obviously it would have been inappropriate. But wherever there is a place for debate, there is a place for doubt.
