INTERNATIONAL CONTEST DIRECTION
I was in charge of developing, managing and deploying the whole planning and organization of this international content: from scratch up to online closing ceremony. This International Audiovisual Contest from the 'Scout Spanish-Speakers' network, was the first of its kind and the purpose was to reach and integrate all 18 countries involved in the network to engage in a creative and educational way with its members.
Finally, the contest had its closing ceremony during the "Jamboree on the Internet" (JOTI), the biggest scout global event.

Audiovisual-related Workshops Coordination & Organization
I directed the whole E2E International Contest, having the responsibility to coordinate with different National Scout Organisations plus all our 10 trainers from 8 different countries (and time-zones) who were going to deliver workshops related to audiovisual fields (such as intelectual proerty, lighting and sound effects, camera movements, post edition, Powtoon animated videos or Narrative).
We had +300 people attending the workshops, and received +20 shortcuts.
- Training coordination, sessions scheduling, writing terms & conditions;
- Project Management E2E, including: workplan, communications, workshops, delivery & contest direction;
- Contest branding and deck's template for the presentations;
- Design of all communications for all 8 workshops and diploma for the attendants.
- Management of 8 live-workshops delivered in the first stage of the content (I delivered the "Powtoon" workshop)
Bulletin | Terms and Conditions Writing and Design
I designed and wrote the bulletin of the contest and communicational pieces for all 18 National Scout Organizations to use for promotion. This was the bulletin used in Scouts de Argentina:
Shortcuts Publish and Thumbnails Design
With great participation and success, we decided to create a YouTube channel and upload all the videos which participated, including those who won per category, so I created a thumbnail to unify criteria.

Concurso de Cortos - Países Scout Hispanohablantes
Ocupé el rol de donde participaron 18 países de la Organización Mundial del Movimiento Scout. Este Concurso fue el primero de la Red de Países Hispanohablantes e involcró una primera etapa de 8 talleres de práctica e introducción al desarrollo de proyecto audiovisual. Luego se recibieron cortos audiovisuales de participantes según categoría y edad. Finalmente el Concurso tuvo el cierre y premiación dentro del "Jamboree on the Internet" (JOTI), el evento scout mundial más convocante de la Organización del Movimiento Scout Mundial.

Gestión y Dirección del Concurso de Cortos
Estuve a cargo de gestionar la organización íntegra del concurso desde la idea hasta la realización final, comprendiendo la preparación y desarrollo de materiales de difusión, redacción de las bases y condiciones del concurso, planificación y coordinación de los 8 talleres de práctica audiovisual, así como la inscripción de los videos participantes, clasificación y votación entre los 18 países que integran la Red de Países Scout Hispanohablantes.

Coordinación y Organización del Pre-concurso
Tuve la responsabilidad de coordinar con los 10 profesionales de 8 países distintos, quienes iban a brindar 8 talleres sobre producción audiovisual.
Coordiné las charlas, planifiqué los horarios, diseñé la plantilla de las presentaciones, los materiales de promoción de los 8 talleres y el diploma de asistencia.
Hubo +300 asistentes en los talleres, y recibimos +20 cortometrajes en el concurso.
Redacción y Diseño de Circular Informativa
Con el propósito de difundir el concurso de la Red de Países Scout Hispanohablantes, y dado que Scouts de Argentina es un país miembro, diseñé y redacté la circular informativa para la promoción dentro de Scouts de Argentina (ver ejemplo arriba).
Publicación en YouTube y Diseño de Thumbnails
Como cierre del Concurso, con una brillante convocatoria, realicé la edición de los videos concursantes, diseñando un thumbnail para alinear la visual. Fueron todos publicados en el canal de YouTube de la Red de Países Scout Hispanohablantes.
