Reducing the brand identity to its most simple components makes the product more meaningful. The minimalist design is daring and iconic, complimentary of the punk scene it is inspired by. By censoring the branding, the customer is forced to reveal the brand and message themselves. In this sense, they have to go through the act of uncensoring the product. This interaction is powerful. Censorship and simplicity incorporate an appealing mystery into the design, thus instilling a sense of curiosity in the audience.
