Golden Coast Realty is a company rightfully aligned with contemporary and luxurious properties built on the foundation of technology. Specializing in modern residential properties, Golden Coast adopts advanced building technologies and tech-laced features to enhance the overall experience of their patrons. Sensing an opportunity in the lack of modern smart homes on the Ghanaian market, they decided to spearhead this transformation and as such decided to differentiate themselves from the myriad of property development entities out there. CaveLantern revamped their identity through Adbridge Media (Ad Agency) and developed a logo and visual language ushering in their renewed purpose.
Design System
The visual language of the brand also followed the minimalist
modern clean aesthetic Golden Coast Realty represents.
The communication layouts were inspired by the plan view of
a building unit. Using clean thin lines to represent demarcations
as you will in separating rooms in architectural markings,
the individual communication elements such as logos, copy,
headlines, etc. were apportioned their own domains yet coming
together to form a unified communication piece.
