A coleção Árvores Nativas do Brasil surgiu do encontro de duas grandes paixões, a aquarela e a flora brasileira.
Procurando compartilhar meu conhecimento adquirido nos anos de estudo em Engenharia Agronômica e trabalhando com identificação de espécies arbóreas, busquei representar cada detalhe importante das espécies ilustradas, suas características e peculiaridades.

The collection Árvores Nativas do Brasil emerged from the meeting of two great passions, watercolor and Brazilian flora.Seeking to share my knowledge acquired over the years studying Agricultural Engineering and working with the identification of tree species, I sought to represent every important detail of the illustrated species, their characteristics and peculiarities.

Houveram dois grandes desafios nessa coleção e o primeiro deles foi o formato das árvores.
Como na natureza a mesma espécie de árvore pode ser encontrada de diversos formatos, mas sempre mantendo um padrão específico, foi necessária muita pesquisa para manter a fidelidade desse padrão.
O segundo grande desafio foi representar em poucos traços os detalhes botânicos mais distintos de cada espécie, suas folhas, seus frutos, suas flores.
EN - There were two major challenges in this collection, the first of which was the shape of the trees.As in nature the same tree species can be found in different formats, but always maintaining a specific pattern, a lot of research was needed to maintain the fidelity of this pattern.The second major challenge was to represent in a few strokes the most distinct botanical details of each species, its leaves, fruits, flowers.
