My friend Leah Marlene asked me to create a design inspired by the lyrics to her song "Flowers." This song's message of hope and growth means so much to her and so many of her fans, and I was so excited to share her message in a new way. Leah gave me so much creative freedom, and I ran with it!

We focused on the main lyric "even the pavement gives way to the flowers."

I wanted to try a design with a geometric emphasis, keeping it simple and lively with bright colors that Leah uses throughout her branding. I decided to go with a grid format, alternating between hand drawn text and different iterations of flowers bursting through pavement.
