This animation is part of my final project for MSc in Digital Media at Griffith College Dublin.
"Why the ice caps are melting and the worst scenario" is now featured on Grow Green website as well as my Youtube channel.
The content of this animation is about global warming and how it causes ice sheets to melt at the poles of the Earth at an increasing rate and its impact on animals living there and humans.
The story is divided into 4 parts:
- Part 1: Explain, what is global warming and climate change? How Co2 emissions contribute to this trend?
- Part 2: How is it affecting the Polar Bear in the Arctic?
- Part 3: How is it affecting the Emperor Penguin in Antarctica?
- Part 4: How is it affecting human life?
Through this short animation, we wanted to raise awareness among children about the importance of preventing global warming and minimizing the consequences of other environmental problems.
