A foggy afternoon. A million kites flying. Loud music. Every eye in the sky. Women take refuge in each corner of the their terrace, Men and young boys yell on top of their lungs. Reminds me of those World War II Airplane dog-fight videos. paper cut fingers, taped fingers, illegal strings, Fafda and Jalebi, people on tall buildings, like ants on your window rail, A sea of kites, a river of laughter.  Uttrayan, Ahmedabad 2023.
