Sustainability is crucial in Singapore for supporting the well-being of individuals and communities as it preserves the health and bio-capacity of the environment. Sustainability also promotes a better economy with less waste and pollution, fewer emissions, more jobs and a more equitable wealth distribution.
Singaporeans are under the impression that it is more inconvenient and more of a hassle to lead a sustainable life. There is also a difficulty in committing to regularly going to volunteer for such an organisation with no motivation to do so and volunteering projects are currently not easy to find for the Singapore youth.
At GreenSpace+, we aim to connect creatives to nature with creating ethical art and giving them the means and support to do so in an environment full of nature and art.
