Treasury response to umbrella company call for evidence 

The CEO of a payroll company predicts that the Treasury's response to its umbrella company's call for evidence will be "brutal reading" for the Freelancer & Contractor Services Association. The boss was speaking with Contractor UK about the association having to address umbrella contractor holiday pay last month after a member allegedly pocketed the money.
