The Sahti is a Finnish beer considered one of the oldest still produced in the world. To brew the beer today, we created our own "druid" who would be in charge of the brew and name the broth.
"Henki Hirvi" means "Spirit Moose", and is inspired by the Finnish nature spirit and the majesty of the moose, which symbolizes strength and mysticism in Nordic culture.

Finland is known for its beautiful nature and abundant forest, which creates an environment conducive to the growth of wild mushrooms and fungi. Likewise, both the mushrooms and the sahti reflect an intimate connection with the earth and nature. By incorporating local ingredients and traditional manufacturing techniques, sahti reflects a special relationship with the land and local culture.
