Buildium Marketing & Brand Identity

After joining Buildium, I realized that the Buildium brand was overdue for a refresh, including a new approach to using colors, textures, patterns, photography, illustrations, product UI, and more. Below is a selection of Marketing and Branding materials that demonstrate the application of these new, bolder and more modern applications of the Buildium brand.
A new approach to showcasing the product UI. Previously, unedited screenshots were being used which were difficult to understand and to see at small sizes. I developed a new illustrative approach was much easier to understand, along with being more inline with the brand:
Expanding on the new UI display styles, the next step was to tie this in with an all-encompassing approach with patterns and photography. A goal of mine was to reduce and re-define our stock photo usage, and this seemed like a great way to use them in a more innovative way:
The brand new Buildium Marketplace is ever-expanding ecosystem of property management apps. in addition to a separate web design, the Marketplace needed it's own branding that added some independent styles while remaining true to the Buildium brand. I accomplished this by designing a rubix cube the represented the various integrations that can be mixed and matched onto the Buildium product, along with a darker color scheme to create some difference from the primary Buildium website:
To celebrate Pride Month, I was tasked with coming up with a unique logo along with marketing materials that would be distributed company-wide, as well as externally:
