The Kasi Diner in a stylish seat for a people on outdoor adventures. this chair is suitable for hotels, resorts and the favourite spot by the pool. this chair is made with nothing but saligna wood which was bought from a local wood shop and the seat with hand sewn denim fabric which was bough as old jeans from a thrift store in johannesburg.

Research process:
For this process I did some research local outdoor themes for inspiration to use for my mood board and images of already existing chairs on the market to use for my precident board.

Design process:
My design process involved imagining possible ideas using inspiration from local animals such as the Big 5, national monuments and adventures and some public figures.

Production of chair:
The best process of making anything is prototyping as it all the complex planning is already done at this stage. My production process involved gluing wooden strips together as my wood was not thick enough to work. My process also involved cutting the thick glued wood to to the appropriate dimensions and angles. furthrmore my process involved drilling connecting holes and making dowels to connect the wooden parts together and make a chair.
