The secondary skin design for the exterior facade of Pesawaran Regent's House draws inspiration from the rich cultural heritage of Lampung. Embracing the traditional motif of Tapis Pesawaran woven fabric, the design showcases intricate carvings that incorporate elements of nature and geometric patterns, capturing the essence of Lampung's cultural diversity.
The predominant golden hue exudes opulence, power, and reverence for Lampung's cultural values, creating a striking contrast with the building's base color and dazzling in the sunlight. Utilizing high-quality wood for the carvings ensures authenticity and durability, while thoughtful lighting enhances the visual impact, providing a lasting testament to Lampung's cultural pride and the enduring beauty of its traditional artistry in the contemporary era.
