The Challenge:


The recruiting campaign “Bring IT on” was a success: 
Commerzbank has won over 60 young IT talents.
The campaign featured real IT girls from the bank and strong slogans. 
“Every 5 minutes a woman falls in love with an IT job. That’s a good thing!” or 
“When you hear code, you don’t think about discounts,” are just two of them. 
This was well received by the applicants: while the proportion of women in initial IT training last year was 10 percent, the bank increased it to 20 percent this year. 
Our look and feel was bold and provocative, which convinced the young talent.


Posters, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, digital screens, local newspapers, 
youth magazines and trams.
