The new Alienware laptop design targets professionals and students seeking business-appropriate aesthetics and high-performance laptops for their social contexts and productivity. The project also rethinks about the use of trackpad for productivity based on study of assistive display on laptop, proposing "Dynamic TouchZone" to help user conduct quick short cut actions in various applications at fingertips, improving their workflow.
Yet, the design still fits into the current Alienware laptop family with the same signature look, positioning itself as a complementary line to achieve AW's brand value: "Empower the customer to create, work, and play."
