I took charge of Guernsey Athletics' social media during the 2023 International Natwest Island Games, a major sporting event held in our home turf. Responsibilities included sharing event schedules, real-time updates on our athletes' performances, and crafting engaging visual content like videos and pictures. The aim was to connect with the local community and beyond, bringing the excitement of the games to a wider audience. By managing Guernsey Athletics' social presence, we not only celebrated our athletes' achievements but also made the 2023 Island Games memorable for fans, showcasing the competitive spirit and camaraderie of this global sporting spectacle.

I made and shared schedules so people knew when the events were happening. I loved making small changes in colour to show the difference between heats, semi and finals!
