I would like to mention about the modeling stages and the parts that challenge me, without going into too much detail.
The first step is to create the skeleton of the armchair from the measurements that we have.
Stage 2: Preparing the model for rattan cladding.
For this, we need a base cladding. I created this cladding on skeleton with a simple plane
3rd stage: transforming it into a flat plane that we have prepared and determining the boundaries for our rattan thing and cutting it. For gluing the cut piece to our cladding
Yes, we have successfully covered our armchair with rattan. But we have to make the corner joints manually. This is the part that took me the most time. I would like to show it with a time-lapse video
After attaching all the parts, I finished modeling with some shell, chamfer, pillows and texturing.
