Airbnb Digital Invitation Illustrations
Airbnb approached me to create two works for their app, meant to appear after a user books a trip or is invited to a specific destination. I was asked to make one for Los Angeles, and one for a generic desert.
They asked for works stylistically similar to my larger-scale oil paint work, but for ease of correcting and editing, we settled on doing works of acrylic on paper, that I would then scan and manipulate in Photoshop. You can see the final state of the original paintings below.
