Early concepts for the WHC icon.

 

The recurring "swirl" shape which appears in each option is reminiscent of the original WHC logo—a symbol that represents the practices and principals of Heilkunst Dynamic Medicine.

An alternate wordmark option, which didn't make the cut. Although loved, it felt too soft and unprofessional when compared to the slab serif option.

The WHC logo represents the feminine, modern, and organic nature of Dynamic Medicine—a form of holistic medicine and healing practices.

 

The circular shape portrays a message of balance, while the four intertwining pieces represent healing of whole body, mind, spirit, and soul—and the importance of connectivity between those. The appearance is clean and modern, but with an organic flow that speaks to the natural aspects of Dynamic Medicine.
