This paper illustration features the Apollo Rocket. The Apollo program sent men to the moon and captured the imaginations of a generation. It was created by combining my stylized interpretation of a technical drawing of the Apollo Rocket, with paper quilling and hand draw elements to make the ultra stylized exhaust plume. All on an image sourced from NASA's Hubble Telescope image gallery (thanks NASA!) underneath a light blue gradient.
