This design was done for a group of guys who wanted a logo for theirFrisbee group. They told me the name of their group was The UltimateFrisbee Organization and immediately I thought UFO. As soon as Ithought this I envisioned the design exactly as you see it now. Theonly addition I made was putting in the slogan "You Will Believe". Ithought it was a bit much, but when the guys saw the finished designthey were ecstatic and told me not to change a thing.
Everything in this file was done in Photoshop using the Pen Tool(except for the text which I converted to paths). I started with makingthe background (the Frisbee) and then created shapes of guys playingFrisbee in various poses. I gave the word UFO a bizarre feel bychoosing a rough font and giving it a layer style to have it pop offthe page. To give it even more definition I created a flying Frisbeebelow the word UFO, which moves the eye into the slogan You Will Believe.
To tell the truth I don't know where these guys are today or what theyever did with the logo. They mentioned printing it up on sweatshirtsand T-shirts, but I never found out.
