Product of a groundbreaking collaboration between artist and fashion designer Helen Storey and scientist Tony Ryan, 'Wonderland' used fashion as a 'Trojan Horse' to progress a radical, two-year exploration into biodegradable materials. This project showcased the life - and death - of a collection of incredible 'dissolving dresses', captured in a unique fashion film by Nick Knight.
Working as a research assistant on the project I developed fabric processing techniques, designs, photography and video contributions.
