Happy Bear Series
Just a bunch of loveable joyful hirsute types
This is a series that has been a long time coming. After a few years of mainly drawing showgirls, burlesque, strippers and individuals of a questionable profession. I made a decision to concentrate on the hairy burly "happy" men of this world.
I often draw/illustrate happy people... I think it comes a counteraction from working in a day job that can be full of woah, sorrow, violence and heartache (the emegency services)
The ones shown are all very rough fibre pen drawings and then the addition of one main "pop" colour. Sometimes they are left "just as". Or indeed I enhance them slightly with various apps/software.
