Mariam Cakes’ Kek Lapis Sarawakstarted in 1993 by its founder, Hajjah Mariam Binti Aren and began as a smallin-house business. The company truly launched their business in 2004 when theyofficially registered their company under the Malaysian Company Commission. In2005, the company opened their very first headquarters in Satok, Kuching. Italso acts as their main business branch until now. The company opened theirfirst branch in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak in 2006 and now is looking for a newopportunity to expand their business further.
