CRAFTING GRAPHICS FOR GOOD
iYouth Kansas City was an outreach and support organization for at-risk youth in the urban and inner-ring areas of Kanas City. Upon its launch, the group needed an emblem with the attitude and edge to differentiate itself and appeal to a younger audience. A collaborative concepting process with frequent creative cohort 5 All Design produced the basis for the IYKC icon, and Flying Hand assisted in developing additional custom typography and visuals to go with its vivid color palette. In the end, the angular icon and adaptable identity helped IYKC develop a strong identity right out of the gate.
