YIT Employer Branding Campaign

This was a concept developed for YIT which is a large Nordic engineer corporation with specialities spanding from electro engineering, ventilation and more.
The basic idea was to develop different characters and make the students go through a process of answering different questions based on their interests. When the questionaire (data-collecting) was completed, they were given a character based on their answers. Tøff.ing, Smart.ing etc. ING is the short version of the Norwegian word for engineer = ingeniør, and the characters was using these in a fun and engaging way. Smart, tough, straight, rookie etc. It was a huge success, and the students completed the survey, and received a t-shirt as a reward which they used at once.
