Nomencreatures is an alphabet made up of bright animal illustrations and fun facts that focus on the silly parts of science!

The book was funded thanks to all the backers that took part in the very successful Kickstarter. The design uses Sofa Sans Hand and Clarendon to have a playful feel but echo back to scientific textbooks as well.

The prints used handwriting (I modified my own) to do play off that same idea. It didn't translate to the full book and Sofa Sans Hand saved the day!
