The aim of this project was to create a small-scale model that was at least 7 inches tall and incorporating a 3 inch cube. The project had to be neat and show as little glue or adhesive as possible. The material I used was balsa wood and underlying foam core. This was my first experience making small-scale model (or any model) and I chose to use inspiration from everyday structures like pergolas and play structures to model my structure after.
