Developing an individual approach to form making in relation to the area of domestic product that everyone is familiar with. Considering context, ergonomics and practicality of an everyday object to come up with a functional design solution.
Manufacturing
Prior to working with the material, prototypes were made in foam to test how changes in dimentions affect the feel and appearance of flat ware pieces. Final designs were cut and sculpted from a thick sheet of brass.
