The objective of this assignment was to rethink the user experience of a website of our choosing. After struggling to locate an animal in the map and on the website during a recent visit to the San Diego Zoo, I decided to apply the principles of UX to rethink the user-interface design of the popular San Diego landmark’s visitor website, zoo.sandiegozoo.org.
