during my almost year long journey of working on all kinds of design disciplines, especially focusing on textiles with my line of scarves, i began to fall in love with surface pattern design. and, when i say love… i mean i fell head first into a stream of patterns, and got stabbed in the heart with a perfectly composed repeat of cupid’s arrows (not really, but it sounds way more fun this way!) this is when the idea for #idreamofpattern was born– i wanted to have an excuse to make something everyday that would keep me reimagining the ways i see the world through form, color and composition.
