Strategy, design direction, identity design and murals for a new brasserie in Reykjavík, Skelfiskmarkaðurinn (Shellfish Market). The identity takes cues from early French and Italian modernism, creating a nostalgic atmosphere, with a contemporary lightness. The murals, made from a combination of light boxes, coloured mirrors and italian stone tiles, are an abstraction of the stained glass patterns which characterise historical brasseries.
