The Brief:

"The hawker trade is at risk of dying out and must be saved. It has become part of the Singaporean way of life with a unique local culture and lifestyle for generations to come. To keep the hawker culture going, many young hawkerpreneurs in their early 20s and 30s are stepping up to the plate, sacrificing comfortable hours and steady paychecks to keep this dying trade alive. Perhaps there is something to be said for young blood reinventing the industry.

In this assessment, you are required to pick one hawker stall (young first-time hawkers or multi- generational families, with the second and third generation) and create a well thought-out brand identity for them. Foodies can expect to look forward to a fresh generation of hawkerpreneurs once this pilot programme takes off."

I chose to rebrand for Koh Brother Pig's Organ Soup, located in Tiong Bahru Market, Seng Poh Rd for this project.
