I was given an assignment to find a portrait from a famous artist that I liked and redo it as close as possible. I choose a portrait taken by the famous photographer, Richard Avedon. My recreation is on the top and Avedon's original portrait is below it. I really liked this project as I had to use a combination of black & white, moving a model around, and Photoshop. This project has broadened my perspective of photography and I am thankful that I did it.
