Veracode Website Design & Launch
The main priority following the public and internal launch of the new Veracode brand was to update the website. The current version was outdated now and needed a full scale redesign. I merged the new visual style with a modern web design approach to create a sustainable site with re-usable widgets and a simple structure to navigate complex products in a user-friendly way. Post launch, I continued to monitor how users were interacting with the new designs with heatmaps and other visual data; this led to multiple revisions/improvements where it was clear that the user was not interacting as intended. We noticed a large increase in web traffic, reduction in bounce rate and overall improvement to conversions and leads once the design went live.
We also started to use personalization to target specific user personas and customers based on their industry.
