Part of my job was to digitize old videotapes and betatapes from the late 1980s-early 2000s. I realized, after spending hours alone in a control room, watching a Hubble spacewalk from 1993, that I certainly had enough historical footage to put together a documentary about the story of the Hubble Space Telescope. 

I decided not to use a narrator or text on screen and attempted to tell the story through the words of the people who were closest to Hubble, along with archival "found footage."
