My team and I created several options for updating our cafe's ordering experience. We provided three levels of branded experience, and I was tasked with designing the full tilt Trailhead experience.Trailhead is our brand identity that leans heavily towards whimsical, playful, outdoorsy, and fun. The project came to a halt as we found there were no KDS systems that were not transaction based or had the capacity to be fully re-skinned.
