Like Knows Like is an independent side-project, co-founded by filmmaker Bas Berkhout and photographer Marije Kuiper. We’re making short documentary films about people we admire. We’re meeting photographers, illustrators, designers, entrepreneurs and bloggers all over the globe.

 

Our subjects are famous for the great work they post in the digital world. But what do we know about their personal lives? Their work or blogs don’t always show who they are as human-beings. We aim to share personal stories that otherwise remained untold on social platforms or websites. With these films, we tempt to make your social media experience more meaningful.
