Convenience at the Train Station- An App Design
This app is designed specifically for a Chattrapati Shivaji Terminus, Mumbai, India. This train terminus is also a UNESCO world heritage site.
This very inclusive app is for a commuter to save time and make their experience in the space very convenient and time efficient.
The app shall have a map with an active movement tracker of your phone indicating which part of the station you currently are in and where would you want to reach in the station. It shall clearly highlight the ticket stations, platforms, restrooms, and so on. It would also give you pops of some interesting facts about the space you’re looking at in the station to make your experience at the station more inclusive and holistic.
