This is an ongoing project with KiaKia Africa Technologies. Seeing as this project is yet to be finished, I will regularly update this page.

The changes made to each copy in different screens/the various links were followed by user research and testing while using information architecture to determine how best to assess the copy.

 

I spoke with business owners on how best to make delivery easy for them and with riders about the features they want to be implemented to create a swift and easy service.

 

For many businesses, as can be seen in the second link, the assurance that their parcels are safe is one thing they always look forward to. And for riders, the assurance that every money they earn goes to them is vital.

 

Also, using Twitter, Reddit, and Facebook groups, I was able to see the concerns of people — customers included — regarding delivery services and use their pain points to ensure Kiakia is free of them.

 

Right now, I am working with the designers to create a design that draws the user in and keeps them with words—also working on an error page and pop-up notifications.
