I've gone with some of the more popular and aesthetic options in the west with a couple of south Indian ones as well.
Idli and Idiappam are two common breakfast choices here in the south of India and my personal favourite, Idiappam, is served with kurma (a mixed vegetable stew) or a nice sweet coconut milk. if you haven't tried it you absolutely must.
