What is VGMR?
Video Game Music and Remixes is a podcast I created in 2007 featuring both original video game music and remixes. The show currently has over 25,000 subscribers and over 3 million downloads. I take care of all branding and publishing of episodes.
Growth
The podcast's growth is 100% organic, stemming from smart keyword usage and user engagement. Although I upload episodes in a sporadic manner, I always try to upload episodes based on recommendations or requests in our iTunes Reviews feed. This keeps our listeners happy, and really helps them know that we care about their best interests.
Reception
As I stated before, the show boasts an impressive number of subscribers and download numbers, but has also amassed almost 300 ratings on iTunes for an average of 4.5/5 stars, with more ratings and reviews going up every single day.
